This year, Cristiana and Niko Romito’s restaurant Reale climbs up to position 15 in the prestigious international ranking of the World’s 50 Best Restaurants. It was announced yesterday night in London, during the ceremony celebrating the 20 years of the list globally recognized as one of the most influential references in the business. The ranking reveals the most interesting restaurants worldwide, destinations chosen for the unique culinary experience they offer. Restaurant Reale entered into the top 50 in 2017 (at position no. 43) and last year it was in position no. 29.
A reward for the research activity carried out at restaurant Reale during more than 20 years, focusing on the essence and the outer synthesis of taste and on all the different facets of the raw material. In the last period his work reached a higher level of awareness and pureness. A work that finds its deeper expression into the vegetable, which has always represented the most interesting and challenging matter for him.
